Naveen Kumar has 18 years of research experience and currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Chemistry, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak (INDIA) and holding various academic positions in the institute. He is actively engaged in the field of material chemistry, out of which photocatalysis and luminescent materials are major area of the research. He has published more than 55 articles in the journals of high repute. He also worked in Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, Valencia, Spain in an international research project entitled as "DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW GENERATION CIGS BASED SOLAR CELLS" [NANICIS-269279] in 2013 and 2014. He is also working as the reviewer in the various reputed journals. He was an invited guest editor for MPDI Catalyst (2021) in nanocatalysis and photocatalysis. He has presented various research papers in various national and international conferences also delivered the invited lectures in various institutes.
Peter Ramashadi Makgwane is a Principal Scientist at the Council for Scientific and Industrial research (CSIR), Pretoria (South Africa) and Extraordinary Professor in Chemistry at the University of the Western Cape (South Africa). He completed his MSc Chemistry from University of Pretoria (South Africa) in 2006, and PhD Chemistry from Nelson Mandela University (South Africa) in 2010. He was a visiting scholar at Polish Academy of Sciences Institute of Physical Chemical (PAS-IPC) catalysis research group, Warsaw (Poland) in 2017 and National Research Centre (Cairo, Egypt) in 2016. He was an invited guest editor for Journal of Nanotechnology and Nanoscience (2014) and MPDI Catalyst (2021) in nanocatalysis and photocatalysis themed issues. Professor Makgwane has published number research articles in heterogenous catalysis, nanocatalysis and photocatalysis focused on chemicals conversion, environmental remediation, and semiconductor gas chemical sensing. His main research interest is in applying catalysis for green and sustainable processes in chemicals, energy, and environment.
