native New Yorker Neil Leifer, began photographing sports events as a teenager. He has shot over 150 covers for Sports Illustrated, published 13 books of his photographs, and held the position of staff photographer for Time magazine. His Muhammad Ali boxing images played prominently in TASCHEN's G.O.A.T. Eric Kroll has worked as a photojournalist for the New York Times, Der Spiegel, and Vogue. In 1994, TASCHEN published Kroll's Fetish Girls, followed in 1997 by Beauty Parade. For the same publisher Kroll has edited The Art of Eric Stanton, Natacha Merritt's Digital Diaries, The Wonderful World of Bill Ward and The New Erotic Photography.
