This dissertation describes a systematic approach for the development of a user-oriented 3D user interface for the production area, which allows an easy access to the new tasks and structures in the working sphere of production for the users. Following the sociotechnical tradition, the use of technology, the organizational structures and qualification of the users are optimized together.
