Description
The rapid development of wireless technologies has significantly impacted human healthcare, with new generations emerging and becoming an indispensable part of our daily lives. These technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), wireless body area networks (WBANs), artificial intelligence, and human body antennas, have significantly impacted healthcare procedures. The book explores the consequences of wireless technology in human security, society, and socioeconomics, providing a comprehensive understanding of the impact on healthcare procedures. The widespread consensus is that humans are not in any risk from radio waves, but the potential risks are highlighted through the devices and frequencies themselves. This book is essential for students, practitioners, researchers, and academics, as it broadens their knowledge base on the impact of wireless technologies on human healthcare.
