Mirjana Kranjac received a PhD from the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, and an MBA from the United Business Institutes of Brussels, Belgium. She developed the smart specialization strategy of Vojvodina, Serbia, and is an Advisor to the Provincial Secretary for the Economy in the Government of Vojvodina. A member of Matica Srpska (the oldest Serbian cultural and scientific society), she has served as an expert in 15 EU-funded projects. She has published over 60 articles in various national and international journals. Jakob Salom received his BSc and MSc from the School of Electrical Engineering of the University of Belgrade, Serbia. He is currently a Consultant at the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. His work focuses on data warehousing and archiving, and implementing mind genomics in marketing. He is the co-author of four books and more than 30 journal articles, and is the organizer of the Dig4Teach conference.
