Sara Konoe is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Economics, Kansai University, Japan. She received her PhD from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University in May 2009 and was a Max Weber Postdoctoral Fellow at the European University Institute in 2009-2010.
