Information and Communication Technology in Cameroon

The present work focuses on the analysis, penetration level and usage of information and communication technologies.Nothing has developed as fast as the Internet. But there are nowhere so many questions left unanswered as in this domain. And new questions are posed every day, and concern the democratising of the access to ICT, penetration and awareness of ICT, the widening of the gap between generations, etc. All these build challenges of the new Cameroonian society.
