Description
State Aid law is a subject of European law with substantial practical relevance. Laid down in numerous directly applicable European regulations and substantiated by means of notifications and guidelines for all the users, it has a considerable influence on the German law concerning state aid. State Aid Law will be further drastically amended by the new General Group Exemption Regulation, entering into force summer 2008. This book provides in its introductory part with a concise overview and presents in a synopsis the most important statutes both in the English and the German language.
Das Beihilfenrecht stellt eine der praxisrelevantesten Materien des Europarechts dar. Zahlreiche Verordnungen prägen als unmittelbar geltendes Recht auch das deutsche Subventionsrecht. Durch Mitteilungen und Leitlinien konkretisiert die Union die Sekundärrechtsakte für alle Anwender. Das Rechtsgebiet erhält durch die neue allgemeine Gruppenfreistellungsverordnung, die im Sommer 2008 in Kraft trat, eine weitere einschneidende Änderung. Das Werk stellt die wichtigsten Rechtsakte synoptisch in englischer und deutscher Sprache dar und gibt in einer Einführung einen Überblick über das Rechtsgebiet.
