Description
This book discusses a new phenomenon that is a basis for original technologies concerning uniform and intensive (IQ-2) quenching processes. They essentially differ from existing IQ technologies by their originality and possibility to use less costly equipment. The proposed new processes can be installed into existing technological lines with minimum their rebuilding and minimum cost. Such technologies include low concentration of water polymer solutions which are agitated by hydrodynamic emitters providing resonance effect to destroy film boiling process. The forced heat exchange phenomenon allows use of external electrical forces for elimination any film boiling process. It makes sense to start further development of proposed new technologies which can bring benefits to customers and make environment green.
