Description
Becky has been the Tooth Fairy for a very long time. Being the Tooth Fairy is a family tradition: Becky's mum and grandma were both Tooth Fairies. But if Becky could choose, she'd rather go on sunny hikes and learn about plants and animals. She especially loves bird spotting. Finally, Becky gets tired of working nights and decides to find the Perfect Fairy to replace her. But the fairies who apply for the job are far from what Becky expected. In fact, Becky discovers she doesn't know what "perfect" looks like at all!
This highly amusing and imaginative story about a courageous Tooth Fairy who decides to spread her wings and follow her heart is both entertaining and inspiring. Younger Readers will delight in the vivid illustrations, they'll love meeting the charming characters, and finding out what the REAL TOOTH FAIRY does with their lost teeth.
Librarians and teachers can use this celebratory Picture Book to introduce Younger Readers to caring for their TEETH (Dental Health syllabus) and it's sure to encourage discussion about GENDER, INCLUSIVITY and DIVERSITY (PSHE).
