This is Volume V, of nine in the Sociology of Culture series and includes part two of the Samples from English Cultures and looks at child rearing practices and shows how childhood, parental behaviour and socio-economic conditions related to each other, as well as adult choices equalling greater diversity in patterns of child-rearing.
