He also serves as the president of "The Power of the Word" television ministry, which broadcasts to both national and international markets. In addition to these duties, Dr. King has authored eight books to date and traveled to over 60 nations around the world--teaching and preaching the gospel to thousands of people in leadership conferences and evangelistic meetings. He makes his home in Knoxville with his wife and co-Pastor, Nora King. Together they have a daughter, Laren, and son, Marcus, who is in heaven.
