Spare Parts Inventory Management

This study has been undertaken to analyze the inventory management of a spare parts warehouse. Though firms use computerized inventory control system, inventory management policy is not as efficient as it was expected to be. It was found that the dead stock level was pretty high and increasing with time. So, the aim of this work is to eliminate the dead stock by determining the problematic items which are difficult to manage with respect to the warehouse's point of view.
