Description
The 1st chapter of this book entitled "Amalgamated Optimization Techniques" is devoted to the introduction of the topic in optimization techniques, computing systems, task allocation and other related work. The chapter-2 is a collection of all related methodology and techniques. In chapter-3, the present problem suggests an exhaustive search approach to the assignment problem through index optimization. In the chapter-4, the problem suggests a technique for the assignment through index optimization. The index is based on the reliability along with cost of the tasks to the processors. In Chapter-5, the problem addressed is based on the consideration of execution cost and execution reliability of the tasks to the processors. In Chapter-6, the processor distance influences the overall task completion cost in any communication system. So here we provide an optimal solution for assigning a task with the goal to maximize the overall throughput. In Chapter-7, we suggested modified method to assign all the tasks so that none of the tasks get remains unexecuted and does not require adding dummy processors. In the last, a list of references in alphabetic order has been attached.
