Back in Action

Presented in a question and answer format, the book offers a comprehensive guide to the relief of back pain. The author provides an explanation of the various alternative treatments, together with a description of the way to relieve pain of all kinds, using her own "hands-on technique". The author trained as a physiotherapist in Australia, before establishing the Sarah Key Physiotherapy Centre in the Harley Street area, and later opened a branch in Sydney. She is also a consulting physiotherapist for Qantas.
