Tiny the Terrier

Tom's mum is ill. She's gone away and Tom isn't allowed to see her until she is ready to come back. Then a fox terrier turns up. She isn't wearing a collar and Tom knows she's an unhappy dog. There's something not quite right about her, but Tom can only think about his mother.
