Dr. Manleenjot Kaur is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Management, DES Pune University, Pune, India. Melissa Hyunh is a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist with extensive expertise in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care. Based at Medical City in Texas, USA, she brings specialized knowledge to her care and practice. Beyond her clinical work, Melissa contributes to advancing the field through her research interests in sustainability in healthcare, hospital management systems, specialized neonatal care protocols, women's health in America, and gender studies in medical settings. Her multidisciplinary approach reflects her commitment to holistic patient care and professional development in respiratory therapy.
Dr. Tilottama Singh is a Professor and Head of Department in the School of Management, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, India. She is also a certified HR analyst from IIM and a proficient academic, researcher, and trainer with more than 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Work Dynamics. Her areas of expertise are Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy, and her teaching concentration includes Human Resources, Strategy, and Law. She has an enriched research portfolio with Scopus and international refereed journals, books, and conference presentations. Dr. Singh has been awarded the Best Presentation Award at international conferences like IEOM, MIDAS, and many more.
