Description
Many people are trying to solve educational problems, and yet the results are not encouraging. A new educational reality is needed - one that builds on what currently works and adds what is missing.
This volume is based on years of experience within the public and private organizations where Kaufman learned how positive and efficient change can result from a commitment to results, learners, success and continuous improvement.
