Person
Bernd Kappes is an ordained minister, professor, and lecturer. Currently he is acting director of the Evangelical Academy Hofgeismar and board member of the Institut für Theologische Zoologie. He studied theology and political science in Heidelberg, San Salvador, Berlin, and Marburg. He does international human rights work with FIAN in Honduras and is also a board advisor at Bread for the World.
