Daniel Kammen is the Professor in the Energy and Resources Group at the University of California, Berkeley. He received both his Ph.D and Masters from Harvard University through studying physics and since then he He has been a coordinating lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007. He has co-authored 12 books and written 4 books himself, inluding the titles Should We Risk it? and Science, Society and the Environment.
