This book meets part of this objective, in that it provides a manual which, although dealing with technical issues, is designed to provide policy-makers, decision-takers and project managers, both technical and non-technical, with the basic information and guidelines they need to assess, plan, and implement pilot stoves projects, and expand them into wider dissemination.
