Description
Miss Fletcher's War is a Fringe Theatre piece, set in the late 1960s in a primary school. A small group of children are reacting to the behaviour of the class bully by trying to bully him back. Miss Fletcher, a retired teacher, is brought it to see if she can help to resolve the situation, through the telling of stories.
Initially, she tries to engage them using a fairytale. As the situation gets worse, she starts telling stories from the life of Lilly, a young nurse in the First World War.
