Yvonne Jones is a fitness and health practitioner looking to make an impact on the lives of others.
Her college education in fitness and nutritional health from Fanshawe and Sheridan College, have propelled her towards creating resources for individuals to enhance all areas of their health; mentally, spiritually, and physically. Alongside her physical fitness education, Yvonne has received post-secondary education from Wilfrid Laurier University studying journalism and English. She exercises her communication and writing background by enlightening others on mental and spiritual health through written words of encouragement and self-love on various online platforms. Continuing to inspire change in others physically: as a personal and group trainer, mentally: as a volunteer providing awareness and education on mental health and suicide, and spiritually: creating Christ-centered devotionals, Yvonne pushes towards bettering the lives of future generations.
