Neil Jones LLB(Hons), FCIArb is a practicing solicitor with the firm of Neil F. Jones Solicitors, Birmingham, with considerable experience in building contract matters. He is also currently the Legal Adviser to the Local Authorities Association's Contrasts Panel, a Council Member of the Joint Contracts Tribunal, and Chairman of its Drafting Sub-Committee. He was closely involved with the drafting of the Intermediate Form.
Simon Baylis LLB(Hons), ARICS, FCIArb is a practicing solicitor and managing partner of the firm of Neil F. Jones Solicitors, Birmingham. His experience in building contract matters has been gained from the practice both as a chartered quality surveyor in the construction industry and as a solicitor dealing with construction disputes. He was from some time legal adviser to the Contracts Committee of the Federation of Associations of Specialists and sub-Contractors (FASS)
