Description
Sweet, fragile poems about intimacy and separation
'In these sweet, fresh, fragile poems, Jensen demonstrates courage and skill at the arts of poetry and of love, and makes the sly suggestion that the one might be a metaphor for the other.' - The Weekend Australian on I said the sea was folded
A sequel to Erik Jensen's first collection of memoir poems, A lick of fireweed takes a spare and unflinching look at love and landscape. These poems are the diary of a relationship ending and the story of how small details can make the world beautiful and whole.
