Stephanie Jeffs is a raw food chef and the founder of Explore Raw - a blog that was set up to share recipes that would encourage people to pursue better health by choosing a plant-based, living-foods diet. Her recipes focus on creativity, fun, health and wellness. She lives in Hertford, England and runs workshops at her cookery school in London. She is the originator of 'The Five Foundations of a Raw Food Diet' and 'The Seven Raw Food Techniques' and infuses these throughout her teaching. Stephanie also runs a range of raw food retreats in Portugal, including Raw Juice Camp which combines rest, relaxation and raw fine-dining with fitness and yoga.
