JACK A. JARMON has taught international and global relations at the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University. In the mid 1990s he worked for the United States Agency for International Development as a technical advisor to the Russian government. He has authored and co-authored five books, which are currently core texts for international and security studies programs in the US and abroad. "In the Fullness of Time" is his first novel.Jack and his wife Barbara live with two Australian Shepherds. They (not the dogs) met in the 9th grade and started dating at the urging of their parents. Eventually, they married thirty-six years later.
