Essential Clinical Signs

This is an illustrated vocabulary of medical signs of the basic and clinical signs of disease in internal medicine. The aim of this book is to show some common or classic clinical signs which students, often junior, are expected to recognise. This collection of over 400 images has been organized along the broad lines of a physical examination and should form the bridge for students, bridging the gap between the written textbook descriptions of illnesses and the patients presenting in clinics and wards.
