Description
Before I Forget, a selection of stories includes digging a basement under Jake's existing house, during which many prehistoric tools and cultural artifacts were found. Moose hunting in NW Alaska was once the best in the world, but the moose population has declined. Whaling for bowhead, or right whales and beluga, continues today with many ancient ways still being used. Sled dogs are still in use, primarily for recreation.
