"Chitty and Jacob's Queen's Bench Forms" provides all the appropriate forms, other than pleadings, which may be used at any stage in the course of litigation undertaken in the Queen's Bench division. This supplement updates the main work to take into account all changes since the last supplement, including the changes brought in by RSC (Amendment) 1993 (SI 1993 No. 2133) and RSC (Amendment No. 2) 1993 (SI 1993 No. 2760). Recent changes affecting appeals to the Court of Appeal are fully noted. Amendments brought in by the new Queen's Bench Practice Forms (in April 1993) are included together with commentary.
