Chitty and Jacob's Queen's Bench Forms: 6th Cumulative Supplement to 21r. e

The main work provides all the appropriate forms, other than pleadings which should be used at any stage in the course of litigation undertaken in the Queen's Bench division. This "Sixth Supplement" includes the new (1993) Queen's Bench Practice Forms in full, together with commentary, and also updates the rest of the work to take account of all changes since the last supplement. It takes account of changes brought in by RSC Amendment 1992 (SI 1992 No. 638) and RSC (Amendment No. 2) 1992 (SI 1992, No. 1907). The annual cumulative supplement ensures that subscribers can rely on the accuracy of the work.
