I Know My Heart Words!: Set 1

Sometimes called high-frequency words or sight words, heart words are those that new readers have to learn by heart because they are not easily decoded. This set presents heart words in an entirely decodable narrative for children at the beginning of their reading journey. Each book in the set focuses on one to four heart words, each of which is called out every time it is used in the text to call readers' attention to it. Full-color photographs complement the text.
