Dr. John Hutton is a pediatrician and Director of the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Reading and Literacy Discovery Center. His pioneering work involves using MRI to help understand how reading and screen time impact early brain development. He is passionate about the power of books to bring grownups and children together. Gabriella Vagnoli is a Brazilian-Italian illustrator living in Seattle, WA. After obtaining a BFA in illustration from the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in 2019, she has illustrated several chapter and picture books, including a 2022 IBPA Benjamin Franklin Silver Award recipient. Dr. Ryan Moore is a pediatric cardiologist and digital health innovator at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He created Hank the Heart with his kids to make all kids "kinder-cardiologists." Because the heart pumps blood to the most important organ in the body--the brain!--he and Dr. Hutton were excited to expand the Organ-verse with Billie the Brain!
