On an Engineering and Construction Contract using Option C (target contract with activity schedule), the Contractor has advised us that he is entitled to be paid for correcting a Defect, we disagree that we should be paying him for correcting Defects.
What is the meaning of the term "search for a Defect" under Clause 43.1 of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract?
