The Making of "Far and Away"

Containing 80 pages of colour from Ron Howard's 80mm film, this book tells the story and the history behind the historical, romantic adventure, "Far and Away", set in Ireland, Oklahoma and Boston, Massachusetts, in the 1890s. To capture the experience of the Irish immigrants depicted in the film, the book includes sections of screenplay and illustrated features on Irish literature, poetry, music and history.
