JOHN HOOPER is the Head of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Burton College where he has spent numerous years lecturing in both electrical installations and electrical/electronic engineering. - MALCOLM DOUGHTON has had considerable experience in electrical contracting and has been involved in lecturing in further education for many years, particularly in electrical installation and heavy current electrical engineering. - CHARLES DUNCAN has had a long and varied career, which began with an apprenticeship in electrical contracting and this was followed by a spell in the Merchant Navy. He spent many years teaching electrical installation and related subjects at Gwent Tertiary College, Newport. - E G PATTERSON was appointed Lecturer in Electrical Studies at a college of Further Education after a period of 13 years in the electrical contracting industry. During his 34 years at the college he was involved with the design and implementation of a wide range of training schemes to suit the needs of the electrical industry. - TED STOCKS, the founder of CT Projects, wrote many books on Electrical Installation Work which has led to the development of this series of books. He has considerable electrical contracting experience and taught the subject in further education colleges for many years.
