She currently teaches air cargo management, international aviation management, and air cargo logistics management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Dr. Zou has served as guest editor for special issues of the Journal of Air Transport Management and Journal of Air Transport Studies. She is an Editorial Board member of the Journal of Air Transport Research Society (JATRS).
