The 1990s are a time of change. Alongside warnings of ecological disaster, economic collapse, geographical upheaval, epidemics and nuclear war we are also told that we are entering a new and glorious age of peace, love and understanding. At present we are caught in a limbo between the old and the new, and are experiencing the pains of both. In this book, the author examines the changes we are experiencing and shows how we can emerge from them with a new awareness of who we are and what we can achieve.
