Corinne Hoisington is a full-time professor of information systems technology at Central Virginia Community College in Lynchburg, Virginia, with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She travels over 200,000 miles a year delivering keynote addresses to college and university professors and K-12 educators in over 70 cities worldwide for customers such as Microsoft Corp., Microsoft Canada Camp 21 International Events, Cengage, ByteSpeed, Capital One International Bank, Executive LIVE in London and Johannesburg, and the international South by Southwest (SXSW) event in Austin, Texas. Professor Hoisington is the recipient of the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award in Computer Programming. In addition, she has authored over 30 textbooks with Cengage and National Geographic on topics such as Outlook 365, Office 365, Microsoft Windows, Android Boot Camp Java, Technology Now and Visual Basic. Steven M. Freund serves as a lead instructor of various Microsoft (R) Office, computer concepts, programming and internet technology courses throughout Central Florida. An integral author for the successful Shelly Cashman Series (R) since 2001, he has presented at the annual customer conference, the Shelly Cashman Series Institute and other customer events. Freund has co-authored multiple editions of DISCOVERING COMPUTERS, MOZILLA FIREFOX, WINDOWS (R) INTERNET EXPLORER, WINDOWS (R) OFFICE and DREAMWEAVER books. In addition, he has written numerous successful instructor supplements. He attended the University of Central Florida. Raymond E. Enger is the IT Program Director for the Osceola Campus of Valencia Community College where he has taught classes in computer programming, database design, operating systems, networking, security, and other IT areas since 2001. His background in programming includes C, C++, C#, Java, PHP, Perl, ASP, Visual Basic, and the other Visual Studio languages. Ray built the study tool for the last three editions of the Shelly Cashman Series' Systems Analysis and Design book and is also a co-author of the Microsoft Windows Vista series of books.
