Years have passed, and the exiles are no closer to returning home. Heirik rules Caeria unopposed, with Razna at his side and the lure of power drawing them to ever darker deeds.

When a shocking attack forces the Caerians to act, Terzjin and Valcero must venture out in search of new allies, not knowing whom to trust.
