David Hillier is a professor of 'nance at the University of Strathclyde. Professor Hillier has published a wide range of peer-reviewed academic articles on corporate governance, corporate 'nance, insider trading, asset pricing, precious metals, auditing, and market microstructure. His research has attracted an ANBAR citation and a best paper prize from one of the top 'nance and management journals in Southeast Asia. He is on the editorial board and reviews for many of the world's top 'nance journals. Professor Hillier is an established teacher of executive programmes and has conducted courses for a variety of professional clients, including The World Bank and the UK National Health Service. Finally, he is a co-author of the European editions of Financial Markets and Corporate Strategy (McGraw-Hill, 2008) and Corporate Finance (McGraw-Hill, 2010).
