Person
Author Paul Hetherington began his career as a university lecturer in business, teaching students strategic planning. He has been running his own business consultancy practice for the last 23 years, and during that time he has worked with literally hundreds of management teams to create business plans for start ups, annual plans for established organisations, and plans for high value projects that need investor buy-in, borrowings or government grants. He has also been employed by the government to help grant applicants improve their plans so that an investment of public funds is justified.
