David Hess is the president of David Hess Ministries, aka Circle of Love Ministries. A graduate of Rhema Bible College with an associate's degree from ORU, he has been in some form of ministry since being a teenager. He has been a youth leader and youth pastor as well as an associate pastor. He has done quite a few short-term mission trips to many nations, including nations in Eastern Europe and the UK.
