Lise Herzog graduated from the School of Decorative Arts in Strasbourg in 1999. She has worked as an illustrator for Nathan, Milan, Martiniere Jeunesse, and Editions Ouest-France. She has collaborated with the educational programs of various Strasbourg museums and now lives in France. Noted for her travel books, she has also illustrated a variety of books for both adults and children, including Marche de Saison, 1001 Secrets de Chats, as well as several books from the series "Secrets of ..." (Paris, Secrets de Parisiens, Provence, Secrets de Provencaux, Bretagne, Secrets de Bretons) for Prat Editions.
