This volume is part of a course for students wishing to improve their communication skills in French for business purposes. The course deals with import and export negotiations in French and is based on the authors' own experience in industry. This second edition places increased emphasis on the development of aural and oral skills with additional recorded materials such as messages, speeches and phonecalls, interpreting and roleplay activities.
