"Guy Helminger was born in Luxemburg in 1963, and studied German and Philosophy. He has lived in Cologne since 1985, where he works as a freelance writer. He has had a number of poetry collections published, and he also writes plays and novels. His play MORGEN IST REGEN was broadcast on the German radio station WDR3 in 2001, and is published by Oberon Books under the title VENEZUELA, translated by Penny Black. "
