Mathematics in Aristotle

This text provides scholarly information on the history of mathematics and mathematical terminology. Sometimes, as in the case of the Mechanics, a brief summary of the argument is given or else the solution to an Aristotelian puzzle, as in the case of the puzzle called "The Wheel of Aristotle".
