Teresa Heapy is an award-winning children's writer. Her picture books include The Wonder Tree, Loved to Bits, The Marvellous Moon Map, The Spectacular City, Ten Cars and a Million Stars and the Very Little series, including Very Little Sleeping Beauty and Very Little Rapunzel. She has also written many books for educational series and worked as a commissioning editor in educational publishing. She has three children and lives in Oxford. Will Wolfheart is her first novel.
Adam Beer is a freelance illustrator living in Devon. He has worked as a storyboard artist for over twenty years. Starting out in Teletubbieland in the Midlands (best job ever!) before moving to London to work in TV, animation, commercials and games. In 2016 Adam went back to art school to attend the Children's Book Illustration MA course at Anglia Ruskin University, graduating in 2019. His debut picture book Mammoth, written by Anna Kemp, was published by Simon & Schuster in 2021. This was followed by Solo and Moggie McFlea: The Witch's Cat, also written by Anna Kemp. Mammoth was shortlisted for the Klaus Flugge Illustration Prize in 2022.
