Description
GLIM is a computer package for carrying out statistical calculations on the linear modelling by least squares method. This is an introduction to GLIM assuming little previous statistical knowledge. It is designed to be a practical guide with illustrations which can be used not only by statisticians but those in other professions who have statistics to analyze. It has applications in topics such as multiple regression, modelling of cross-classified data and profit analysis. The author covers such items as data input, files and text and macros. He also gives linear models and looks at calculations and data in tables. Tabulations are covered for GLIM 77 only. This book can also be used with GLIM 3 or GLIM 77, two current versions.
