Happily married Helen is very surprised and a little shocked to find, a few weeks into the new year, that she's pregnant. She and her husband had always wanted children but weren't quite sure they wanted them just yet. Is Colum (astonishingly calm) ready to give up his rare motorbike collection? Is Helen (slightly neurotic and frankly baffled by the onslaught of advice she's getting) ready to give up her chardonnay-drenched nights out with the girls? Is Piglet (the best of a bad lot of names from which he was forced to choose) ready to cope with either one of them? The answers are yes, possibly, and absolutely not.
